Airbus Completes Share Buyback Transactions in September 2025
Airbus SE reported recent share buyback transactions conducted from September 15 to 19, 2025. This operation is part of a program announced earlier on September 8, 2025. The buyback is intended to support future employee share ownership and equity-based compensation plans.
The initiative follows the authorization granted to Airbus by its shareholders during the Annual General Meeting on April 15, 2025. The board was approved to repurchase up to 10% of the company's issued share capital.
