Airbus Releases H1 2025 Financial Results
Airbus recorded revenues of €29.6 billion for the first half of 2025, marking a 3% increase compared to the previous year. The company delivered 306 commercial aircraft, slightly below the 323 delivered in H1 2024. Despite this, gross commercial aircraft orders rose to 494, with net orders amounting to 402 aircraft.
Adjusted EBIT rose to €2.2 billion, highlighting transformation progress, particularly in the Defence and Space division. However, reported EBIT stood at €1.6 billion, a modest 11% increase year-on-year. The earnings per share also saw significant growth, reaching €1.93.
Free cash flow before customer financing was negative at €1.6 billion, influenced by a high number of undelivered aircraft due to engine shortages. Nevertheless, Airbus maintains its 2025 targets, expecting around 820 aircraft deliveries and an adjusted EBIT of €7 billion.
