Airbus Reports Share Buybacks for Week Starting 24 November 2025
Airbus SE, trading under the symbol AIR, announced a series of share buyback transactions under the EU Market Abuse Regulation. These transactions are part of a program launched on 8 September 2025, aimed at supporting future employee share ownership and equity-based compensation.
The program allows for repurchasing up to 10% of Airbus's issued share capital, as authorized by the Board of Directors at the Annual General Meeting on 15 April 2025. During the week starting 24 November 2025, Airbus repurchased a total of 370,592 shares. The daily weighted average purchase price was approximately 203.13 EUR on the XPAR market.
