In 2025, AIXTRON SE delivered robust financial results despite a challenging market. Revenue reached EUR 556.6 million, down 12% year-over-year but at the upper end of guidance. EBIT decreased by 24% to EUR 100.3 million, with a margin of 18%. The optoelectronics segment saw a recovery, driven by AI applications and high-speed data needs. Looking ahead, 2026 is expected to see continued market softness, with growth in optoelectronics and GaN power, while SiC demand remains weak. AIXTRON aims to optimize growth through efficiency and liquidity measures.
