AKWEL Reports €16.2 Million Net Income for 2025

In 2025, AKWEL recorded a net income of €16.2 million, marking a 33% decrease from the previous year. Despite a challenging economic environment, the firm's operating margin improved to 4.7% of revenue. AKWEL's annual revenue decreased by 5.1% to €938.3 million, reflecting declines across all major regions: EMEA, the Americas, and Asia.

The EBITDA was negatively impacted by a customer dispute but saw partial recovery through reversals of warranty provisions. Operating income saw a decline due to industrial restructuring costs. The company maintained a net cash position of €100.4 million and proposed a dividend of €0.30 per share for the 2025 fiscal year.

Looking ahead, AKWEL anticipates a challenging 2026 with revenue expected to decline between 12% and 15% due to market uncertainties and geopolitical factors.
