Alan Allman Associates projects a decline in revenue in 2025

Alan Allman Associates, an international ecosystem of consulting firms, recorded revenues of €81.3 million in the fourth quarter of 2025. This figure represents a decrease of 10.4% at constant exchange rates compared to 2024. For the year, revenues reached €330.4 million, a decrease of 9.4% at constant exchange rates.

The company pursued a strategy of refocusing on its high value-added activities, leading to the discontinuation of non-strategic operations. The APAC region, however, posted growth of 54.2% in the fourth quarter. Meanwhile, North America maintained 1% growth for the year.

Despite a challenging economic environment, Alan Allman Associates sees its order indicators rise by 22% in Q4 2025. The company anticipates an increased impact from its optimization plan in 2026.
