Alaska Energy Metals Continues ATM Equity Program

Vancouver-based Alaska Energy Metals Corporation (AEMC) has announced the issuance of 6,214,000 common shares at an average price of $0.057 during the fiscal quarter ending September 30, 2026. The transactions, part of its at-the-market (ATM) equity program established in February 2025, generated gross proceeds of $355,170. A commission of $10,266.12 was paid to Haywood Securities Inc. The funds will support ongoing metallurgical studies, mining options assessments, and general corporate purposes. AEMC plans to maintain its ATM equity program in the fourth quarter of 2026.

Focused on the Nikolai Project in Alaska, AEMC aims to supply strategic metals crucial for North America's energy future. The project includes resources such as nickel, copper, and gold. Additionally, AEMC holds the Angliers-Belleterre project in Quebec.
