Allane Mobility Group Achieves Growth Amid Macroeconomic Challenges in 2023

Allane Mobility Group has recorded a notable growth in its consolidated operating revenue and contract portfolio for the financial year 2023. Despite facing macroeconomic hurdles, the Germany-based vehicle leasing and full-service solutions company saw its Group contract portfolio expand by 8.6% to 125,800 contracts, with consolidated operating revenue surging by 13.0% to EUR 361.2 million. Earnings before taxes reached EUR 12.6 million, aligning with the company’s full-year guidance.

The growth was primarily fueled by the Leasing business unit, alongside successful collaborations with Hyundai and Kia in Retail Leasing, initiated in 2022 and 2023, respectively. The Retail Leasing business sector saw a significant boost, with contracts up by 23.7% year-on-year to 43,600.

Despite a slight decrease in earnings before taxes compared to the previous year, due to increased refinancing costs from rising interest rates, Allane’s EBITDA witnessed a sharp climb of 19.4% to EUR 221.0 million. With these results, the company shows resilience and adaptability in a challenging global economic landscape.

Final and audited figures for 2023, along with projections for the 2024 financial year, will be disclosed with the publication of Allane Mobility Group’s Annual Report 2023 on April 30, 2024.
