Allnex Launches European Defense Materials Program

Allnex has announced the launch of its European Defense Materials Program, aimed at fostering innovation and supporting Europe's defense autonomy. The program is set to boost the development of advanced materials that meet the urgent demands of Europe’s defense sector.

The initiative will leverage Allnex's resin technology to enhance structural composite manufacturing and accelerate repair processes. The company focuses on breaking existing barriers and forming strong industry partnerships to drive progress.

Key technologies include EBECRYL® and Radcure® UV/EB curing, which decrease production times. New resin solutions will also address critical needs such as stealth and chemical resistance, ensuring prolonged service life and improved defense readiness.

According to Cedric D'Hulst, the program responds to Europe’s growing demand for advanced defense materials spurred by increased R&D investment. Allnex is set on not just meeting, but leading in the innovation of industrial resin systems that support future defense solutions.
