Svetlin Todorov Adjusts Shareholdings in Shelly Group SE
On 18 August 2026, Shelly Group SE announced changes in the shareholdings of Mr. Svetlin Todorov, a company board member. Todorov transferred 1,184,995 shares, equivalent to 6.53% of the company's share capital, to Salisto Holdings LLC. This transaction aligns with Art. 19 MAR and Art. 145 of the Public Offering of Securities Act.
Salisto Holdings, under Todorov's control, acquired these shares as an in-kind contribution. Despite this transfer, Todorov's overall control, at 27.79%, remains unchanged. He now holds 21.26% directly and 6.53% indirectly through Salisto Holdings. The ultimate beneficial ownership of the shares and Todorov’s control over Shelly Group SE are unaffected by this adjustment.
