AlphaPet Ventures strengthens its presence in Belgium with Cpro Food

AlphaPet Ventures, a major player in the European pet food sector, announces the acquisition of Cpro Food, a renowned Belgian brand in the super-premium segment. Founded in 2014 by Anne-France and Béatrice Germeau, Cpro Food has distinguished itself with high-quality products, consolidating its leading position in Belgium.

This acquisition marks AlphaPet's fifth transaction since 2020, demonstrating its successful expansion strategy. The deal, financially backed by Patria Investments and CVC, aims to strengthen AlphaPet's presence in European markets. The founders of Cpro Food will continue to play an active role in ensuring the company's continuity.
