Alset AI Ventures Announces $700,000 Private Placement Offering

Alset AI Ventures Inc., a company involved in AI ventures and cloud computing, has announced a non-brokered private placement offering. The offering includes up to 12,727,272 units at $0.055 per unit, aiming for $700,000 in gross proceeds.

Each unit comprises one common share and a half common share purchase warrant, enabling additional share purchases at $0.10 each over 24 months. The funds will support Alset AI's cloud computing business, customer acquisition, and general corporate needs.

CEO Adam Ingrao indicated that this financing, alongside a forthcoming unsecured loan facility, is critical for achieving near-term milestones and strengthening the company’s financial position.

The closing is anticipated by December 22, 2025, pending regulatory approvals. The offering is available to Canadian residents, excluding Québec, under certain exemptions, ensuring no U.S. market registration.
