Alset AI Ventures Appoints CEO Adam Ingrao to Board
Alset AI Ventures Inc. has appointed its CEO, Adam Ingrao, to the Board of Directors, effective July 21, 2025. Ingrao, who joined as CEO in November 2024, brings extensive leadership experience in transforming businesses in global markets. His track record includes value creation and commercial growth in both public and private sectors. He has held senior roles in companies like Reebok and Ralph Lauren.
Before joining Alset AI, Ingrao was CEO of Microcel Corporation, where he led modernization initiatives and secured partnerships with major brands like Google. His leadership saw Microcel through a successful strategic sale. Ingrao's board appointment is pending approval from the TSX Venture Exchange.
