Le groupe Alta maintient sa position face aux offres de rachat d'Addiko Bank AG
Alta Group doo a publié un communiqué en réponse à l'annonce récente de Nova Ljubljanska banka dd, Ljubljana, concernant son offre publique d'achat volontaire sur Addiko Bank AG. Conformément à l'annonce du 1er juin 2026, Nova Ljubljanska banka entend relever son prix d'offre à 33,50 euros par action Addiko. Malgré cette offre révisée, Alta Group a déclaré maintenir sa décision initiale d'apporter ses actions à l'offre publique d'achat volontaire de Raiffeisen Bank International AG, initialement publiée le 15 mai 2026.
Cette évolution témoigne de l'engagement d'Alta Group envers sa stratégie précédemment annoncée concernant sa participation dans Addiko Bank AG, indiquant la stabilité et la clarté de ses décisions d'investissement dans un contexte de rachats concurrentiels.
