Altamount Software GmbH Acquires PSI Transcom GmbH
CHAPTERS platform Altamount Software GmbH, part of CHAPTERS Group AG, has completed the acquisition of PSI Transcom GmbH. This transaction received approval from the Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Climate Action. Altamount aims to build a network of companies offering mission-critical software solutions.
