Altarea announces share buyback operations
Altarea has announced its recent share buyback transactions. In accordance with regulations, the group has carried out several transactions as part of its buyback program.
During the period from April 7 to 10, 2026, Altarea acquired a total of 6,450 shares. The volume was distributed as follows: 2,000 shares on April 7, 450 on April 8, 2,000 on April 9, and 2,000 on April 10. The daily weighted average purchase prices were €115.76, €117.89, €117.71, and €117.79, respectively. These transactions took place on the XPAR market.
