Altarea: Key dates for the 2024 dividend
Altarea announces the terms of the 2024 dividend, proposed to the Combined General Meeting on June 5, 2025. The dividend, set at €8 per share, offers two payment options. Shareholders can choose to receive the full dividend in cash or 25% in cash and 75% in shares. The deadline to acquire eligible shares is June 10, 2025, with the ex-dividend date scheduled for June 11.
The option period for payment in shares begins on June 13 and ends on June 24, 2025. The dividend payment, including both options, will be effective from July 7, 2025. Shareholders should check the deadlines with their financial intermediaries.
