Altarea publie sa déclaration d'opérations sur actions propres
Le 23 mars 2026, Altarea, conformément à la réglementation applicable, a communiqué les détails de ses récentes opérations de rachat d'actions. Ces transactions s'inscrivent dans le cadre du programme de rachat d’actions de la société.
Quatre transactions ont été effectuées entre le 16 et le 20 mars 2026. Les volumes journaliers étaient de 2 760, 135, 2 900, et 2 950 actions respectivement. Les prix moyens payés pour chaque transaction ont varié de 114,72 € à 117,75 € par action. Toutes ces opérations ont eu lieu sur le marché parisien XPAR.
