ALTAREA: Update on Voting Rights and Share Capital
Altarea has provided the latest information regarding the composition of its share capital. As of March 31, 2025, the total number of shares stands at 21,961,206, with theoretical voting rights of 21,961,206 and exercisable voting rights of 21,955,206. A capital increase recorded on April 1, 2025 brings this total number of shares to 22,032,920, with theoretical voting rights of 22,032,920 and exercisable voting rights of 22,026,400.
The company's articles of association impose a threshold crossing reporting requirement for any holding of rights equal to or greater than 1% or its multiples. Failure to comply with reporting requirements may result in the loss of voting rights for the securities concerned.
