Changes in the share capital of ALTAREA

ALTAREA has announced details of the total number of shares and voting rights comprising its share capital as of July 7, 2025. As of that date, the share capital consists of 23,298,855 shares. The total number of theoretical voting rights amounts to 23,298,855, while exercisable voting rights reach 23,297,355, after deduction of treasury shares without voting rights.

These changes come after the issuance of 9,386 new shares for the employee FCPE, and 1,222,192 shares allocated as part of the payment of the 2024 dividend in shares. Altarea, as a limited partnership with shares, thus continues to adapt its capital in line with its strategic orientations.
