ALTAREA: Information on Voting Rights and Share Capital

ALTAREA has published an update regarding the total number of voting rights and shares comprising its share capital. As of April 30, 2025, the company's share capital consists of 22,032,920 shares. The total number of theoretical and exercisable voting rights is the same, less treasury shares that do not have voting rights.

The company requires reporting of shareholding thresholds, beyond legal requirements. Any holding or termination of shares of more than or equal to 1% must be notified to ALTAREA within four trading days. Failure to notify may result in voting rights being suspended for two years.
