Altarea: Number of shares and voting rights as of March 31, 2026

Altarea has released figures concerning the total number of voting rights and shares comprising its share capital as of March 31, 2026. On that date, the total number of shares was 1,750,487. In terms of voting rights, there were theoretically 1,750,487 rights, of which 1,748,432 were exercisable. This difference is explained by treasury shares, which are deprived of voting rights in accordance with Article L.225-210 of the French Commercial Code. Furthermore, treasury shares cannot exercise their rights at general meetings, pursuant to Article L.233-31 of the same code.

Altarea is registered with the Paris Trade and Companies Register under number 552.091.050 and is listed on Euronext Paris. Its registered office is located at 87 rue de Richelieu, 75002 Paris.
