ALTAREA: Update on transactions on its own securities in March 2025
In March 2025, ALTAREA continued its purchase and sale of its own shares. The total number of treasury shares was 5,257, representing 0.03% of the capital. During this month, ALTAREA purchased 29,310 shares and sold 24,860.
All transactions were carried out under a liquidity agreement, facilitated by Rothschild Martin Maurel. The company did not make any purchases from holders of more than 10% of the capital or cancel any shares.
The March transactions did not involve the exercise or expiry of derivatives, and no derivatives transactions were entered into during that month.
