ALTAREIT : Confirmation de la notation BBB- et perspective stable
Le 6 octobre 2025, Altareit a annoncé que S&P Global Ratings a confirmé sa note de crédit long terme à "BBB−" et a relevé sa perspective de "négative" à "stable".
Cette décision reflète des améliorations au sein du groupe Altarea. S&P Global souligne la résilience des revenus locatifs de son patrimoine, une reprise prévue dans le secteur de la promotion immobilière, ainsi qu'un modèle diversifié et une politique financière prudente.
