ALTAREIT: Transactions on own shares in June 2025
In June 2025, ALTAREIT published its monthly statement of transactions in its own shares. Treasury shares amounted to 192 shares, representing 0.01% of the total. This represents a slight reduction compared to the May 2025 balance of 193 shares.
During the month of June, ALTAREIT acquired 21 securities and sold 26. All transactions were carried out with Rothschild Martin Maurel Bank under liquidity contracts. These transactions are characterized by regularity, with purchases and sales often occurring on the same day.
