ALTAREIT: Update on voting rights and shares
ALTAREIT has published an update regarding the total number of voting rights and shares comprising its share capital. As of May 31, 2026, the share capital consists of 1,750,487 shares.
In terms of voting rights, the theoretical total is 1,750,487. However, by deducting treasury shares which are without voting rights, as well as treasury shares, the number of exercisable voting rights is 1,748,432.
This information is published in accordance with legal obligations, in particular Article 223-16 of the General Regulation of the Financial Markets Authority and Article L.233-8 II of the Commercial Code.
