Altareit: Information on voting rights and shares
Altareit has published information regarding the total number of voting rights and shares comprising its share capital. As of September 30, 2026, the company's share capital consisted of 1,750,487 shares. The total number of theoretical voting rights is 1,750,487. However, the number of exercisable voting rights is slightly lower, at 1,748,412. This difference results from treasury shares, which are deprived of voting rights, and control shares, in accordance with Articles L.225-210 and L.233-31 of the French Commercial Code. These figures provide an overview of Altareit's share capital structure.
