ALTEN Announces Share Capital and Voting Rights as of August 2026

In compliance with French regulation, ALTEN SA disclosed its share capital and associated voting rights for the period ending 31st August 2026. The total number of shares is recorded at 35,461,076, all of which are ordinary shares. The total theoretical voting rights stand at 40,948,301.

ALTEN's Articles of Association require any shareholder, acting independently or in concert, who crosses the threshold of 3% of the share capital or voting rights to notify the Company. This must occur via registered mail within 15 days of the threshold being crossed, supplementing requirements under the French Commercial Code.
