ALTHEORA: 2026 Half-Year Results and Debt Reduction Strategy
The ALTHEORA Group, listed on Euronext Growth Paris, announced stable results with revenue of €18.7 million for the first half of 2026. EBITDA reached €0.6 million, representing 3.2% of revenue. Net income was -€1.2 million, due to high production costs and supply chain disruptions.
The company maintains its focus on margins and debt reduction, with a 20% increase in orders and a backlog of €10.6 million planned until 2028. Debt reduction is progressing thanks to the repayment of the state-guaranteed loan and a decrease in net financial debt to €6.0 million.
ALTHEORA is focusing its efforts on improving profitability through price indexation and inventory reduction. The group is continuing its efforts to strengthen its self-financing capacity and is leveraging sector diversification, particularly in mobility.
