Review of the ALTHEORA Liquidity Contract in 2024
As of December 31, 2024, ALTHEORA presented the half-yearly balance sheet of its liquidity contract managed by the Gilbert Dupont Brokerage Company. The liquidity account showed 74,802 shares and €23,849.49 in cash. For the second half of the year, 250,425 shares were purchased for €104,654.55, while 243,451 shares were sold for €103,290.84, involving 1,108 and 1,238 transactions respectively.
The previous balance sheet of June 28, 2024 indicated 67,828 shares and a cash balance of €25,217.35. Initially, the contract made available 17,836 shares and €50,000. ALTHEORA, a major player in composite materials and polymers, has been able to evolve in various industrial sectors.
