Amdocs Launches AI Telco Agents in Google's Gemini Marketplace
Amdocs has announced the availability of its Telco Agents for Customer Experience in Google's Gemini Enterprise Agent Marketplace. These agents, built with Google's AI models, aim to streamline telecom workflows. As part of Google Cloud's partner-built ecosystem, Amdocs' agents were highlighted at Google Cloud Next 2026, cementing Amdocs' position in enterprise AI innovation.
The agents automate key telecom processes, such as customer interactions and issue resolution, leading to improved efficiency and satisfaction. They integrate with existing systems using Amdocs' Cognitive Core on the aOS platform, maintaining secure, scalable AI deployment.
Google Cloud's Satish Thomas emphasized the collaboration's goal of merging Amdocs' telecom expertise with Google’s AI capabilities. Amdocs' Anthony Goonetilleke noted the benefits of these agents in reducing response times and enhancing service performance.
