Amdocs Reports Steady Third Quarter Fiscal 2026 Results

Amdocs Limited has announced its results for the third quarter of fiscal 2026, revealing a revenue of $1.17 billion, marking a 2.7% increase year-over-year. The managed services segment reached record revenue, contributing 67% of total revenue. GAAP diluted EPS stood at $0.59, impacted by restructuring charges; without these, EPS would surpass the forecast range. Non-GAAP diluted EPS was $1.84, aligning with guidance projections.

Operating income showed a GAAP decrease, influenced by a $106 million restructuring charge. However, non-GAAP operating income rose slightly to $253 million with a margin increase. Free cash flow was $172 million, or $193 million excluding restructuring payments. Amdocs repurchased $143 million in shares, maintaining a robust twelve-month backlog of $4.26 billion.

In strategic developments, Amdocs has embarked on a multi-year partnership with Liberty Latin America, utilizing its Agentic Operating System to overhaul IT operations, further establishing its presence in the CALA region.
