Amdocs Reports Fiscal 2026 Results and Strategy Developments

Amdocs Limited has revealed its fiscal year 2026 results, reporting a revenue increase of 3.6% to $4.697 billion. Managed services counted for 64% of the revenue. The company's restructuring charge impacted its GAAP diluted EPS, lowering it by 7.3% from last year. The non-GAAP diluted EPS, however, grew to $7.41, aligning with guidance expectations.

The company initiated several strategic moves, including a significant eight-year deal with AT&T to use the Agentic Operating System (aOS). Amdocs also entered the insurance sector by acquiring EIS, enhancing its market potential. Backlog stood at $3.50 billion, marked by significant exits from non-strategic businesses and media divestitures.

Going forward, legal disputes with T-Mobile present uncertainties for fiscal 2027 projections. However, promising market engagement for aOS is believed to underpin future growth. Amdocs eyes fiscal 2028 for modest revenue and earnings growth.
