American Critical Minerals Advances Confirmation Drill Program in Utah

American Critical Minerals Corp. updates on its upcoming initial drill program at the Green River Potash and Lithium Project in Utah's Paradox Basin. With recent financing secured, the company has approximately $7.45 million to support the endeavor. The program aims to validate historic drill data and explore potash, lithium, and bromine potential.

The company has three drill holes within its State of Utah Potash Mineral Leases ready for drilling, and four additional holes authorized under BLM Potash Exploration Licenses, pending bonding. The goal is to substantiate existing data and conduct pre-feasibility studies.

The target date for site preparation and drilling mobilization is Q1 2026. The program is guided by a detailed roadmap from the company's recently filed NI 43-101 Technical Report.

Separately, American Critical Minerals is expanding its digital marketing efforts with Machai Capital Inc., allocating an additional $500,000 to enhance market awareness as it launches this crucial phase.
