American Critical Minerals Appoints Dean Pekeski as CEO

American Critical Minerals Corp. has announced Dean Pekeski as the new CEO, President, and Director. Simon Clarke transitions to Chairman. Dean Pekeski, with over 33 years of industry experience, has focused on potash exploration and development for 17 years. Notably, he was instrumental in the Milestone Potash Solution Mining Project in Saskatchewan.

Pekeski will continue as Chief Technical Officer for Peak Minerals Inc., where he developed the Sevier Playa Potassium Sulphate Brine Project in Utah. His expertise covers solution mining, brine processing, and environmental permitting, with a track record of raising over $120 million in capital.

The company aims to leverage Pekeski's expertise as it launches its inaugural drill program at the Green River Project, Utah, targeting potash, lithium, and bromine. The US recognizes these minerals as critical, highlighting the project’s strategic importance.
