Ameriprise Financial Reduces Stake in Irish Residential Properties REIT

Irish Residential Properties REIT plc has announced a change in the holdings of its voting rights. Ameriprise Financial, Inc. has adjusted its position, moving below the 10% threshold mark. As of February 17, 2026, Ameriprise's holdings through TR Property Investment Trust Plc fell to 9.987% of voting rights, down from a previous position of 10.523%.

This change follows an acquisition or disposal of voting rights. The total number of voting rights held by Ameriprise now stands at 52,376,883. Despite this reduction, the holdings remain significant within the overall voting rights pool of 524,442,218.

Ameriprise Financial operates through various entities under its umbrella, including Columbia Management Investment Advisers, LLC and Thames River Capital LLP, which directly holds 8.675% of voting rights. Such strategic moves may reflect broader investment strategies and adjustments within the portfolio.
