Ameriwest Critical Metals Acquires Full Ownership of Xeno Rare Earth Project
Ameriwest Critical Metals Inc. has secured 100% ownership of the Xeno Rare Earth property in British Columbia, enhancing its portfolio with rare earth minerals exposure, including yttrium. This acquisition aligns with North America's efforts to secure strategic mineral supplies.
The agreement, amended on March 16, 2026, involved issuing 1,000,000 shares and a $10,000 cash payment, eliminating prior exploration commitments. Located 140 km east of Dease Lake, Xeno spans 784.31 hectares and has shown potential for various rare earth minerals.
The company aims to analyze historic exploration data to guide future drilling efforts. This move supports Ameriwest's strategy of developing a diversified critical mineral asset portfolio in North America, complementing its interests in copper, lithium, and other key resources.
