Ameriwest Critical Metals Announces 2026 Exploration Plans

Ameriwest Critical Metals Inc. has initiated its Bornite Copper-Gold-Silver Project work in Oregon following a successful $3.07 million financing. This financial boost allows the company to focus on its 2026 objectives.

Recently, Ameriwest completed an oversubscribed private placement, securing 12,263,000 units at $0.25 each, aiming to strengthen exploration and corporate goals. The company acquired the Bornite Project in 2025, hosting notable copper-gold-silver deposits.

The primary focus for 2026 includes re-logging historic drill cores, building a 3D geological model, conducting geophysical surveys, and obtaining drill permits. Meanwhile, the Xeno Rare Earth Project in British Columbia and the Thompson Valley Lithium Project in Arizona are also slated for exploration.

Ameriwest collaborates with Echo Elite Ads Ltd. to enhance investor relations, committing $415,000 for marketing services. The efforts underline Ameriwest's strategic commitment to expanding its resource base in North America.
