Amoéba details its €10 million capital increase

Amoéba, a greentech company specializing in microbiological solutions, has announced a capital increase open to all investors, with preferential rights for existing shareholders. This fundraising round, totaling approximately €10 million, aims to finance the commercial launch of its biocontrol business. It will also be used to prepare for the monetization of its WillaTM cosmetics platform. Amoéba anticipates that this operation will be the last until it achieves financial independence, projected for 2029.
