Amoéba Issues Reminder on BSA Warrants for Capital Increase
On October 20, 2026, Amoéba, a French greentech company, provided details on the free warrants (BSAs) attached to shares from its ongoing capital increase. For each new share purchased at €0.30, investors receive a free warrant valued at €0.028. The BSAs will become tradable on Euronext Growth starting October 29, 2026.
Two warrants will allow the holder to acquire one additional share at €0.60 until December 31, 2028. Unexercised warrants will expire without value after this period. Investors can find more information in the document available on Amoéba's website.
