Amoéba's capital increase was a success, raising €6.67 million.
Amoéba, a greentech company, announced the success of its capital increase through a private placement, raising €6.67 million. This resulted in the issuance of 8,897,973 shares at €0.75 each, representing 11.43% of the post-transaction share capital.
The funds will be used to accelerate industrial production and support marketing and cosmetic strategy. Thanks to refinancing with Nice & Green, the debt is deferred until 2029, ensuring financial stability until the end of 2026.
The transaction, decided by the Board of Directors, did not require approval from the AMF (French Financial Markets Authority). The new shares will be listed on Euronext Growth on March 30, 2026.
