Amrize Shareholders Approve Proposals at 2026 AGM

Amrize Ltd announced that its shareholders have approved all proposals presented at the company's first Annual General Meeting held on April 21, 2026. Notably, a special one-time dividend for 2025 of $0.44 per share was approved, to be distributed on May 4, 2026. The cum-dividend date is set for April 23, 2026, with shares to be traded ex-dividend starting April 24, 2026.

Furthermore, an annual dividend for 2026 was approved, also at $0.44 per share, payable quarterly at the discretion of the Board. These dividends will come from capital contribution reserves and will not be subject to Swiss withholding tax.

The meeting also confirmed all board members seeking re-election. Additionally, Don P. Newman and Jacques Wolf Sanche were elected as new board members, expanding the Amrize Board of Directors further.
