Ams OSRAM Achieves 16.4% Adjusted EBITDA in Q1, Forecasts FCF Above €100m by 2025
ams OSRAM reported a 16.4% adjusted EBITDA on €820 million in Q1 2025 revenues, surpassing the guidance midpoint. Despite a 7% decline quarter-over-quarter, the company maintains a positive outlook for free cash flow exceeding €100 million in 2025. Strategic asset considerations are underway for deleveraging.
The ‘Re-establish the Base’ program realized €135 million in savings, contributing to improved profitability. The semiconductor segments—Opto Semiconductors and CMOS Sensors & ASICs—saw slight cyclical declines but stable gross margins. Adjusted EBIT rose to €58 million, improving the margin to 7.1%.
Q2 2025 revenues are projected between €725 million and €825 million, with an 18.5% adjusted EBITDA expected. Despite economic uncertainties, ams OSRAM continues efforts to enhance structural profitability and cash flow details.
