Amundi Physical Metals Announces Final Terms for UK Tranche
Amundi Physical Metals plc has released the final terms for its ETC Securities under the Secured Precious Metal Linked ETC Securities Programme. Tranche 909 involves the issuance of 345,000 ETC Securities of the Amundi Physical Gold ETC. Investors are provided with a metal entitlement initially calculated at 0.04 fine troy ounces, decreasing to 0.03961104 on the subscription trade date.
The securities aim to gain exposure to gold prices, with the scheduled maturity date set for 23 May 2118. The issue will be listed on major exchanges, including the London Stock Exchange, Euronext, and Deutsche Börse, among others. The nominal amount per security is USD 5.085, with a specified interest amount of USD 0.051. The total expense ratio for these securities is marked at 0.12% per annum.
Authorised offerors include HSBC Bank plc and BNP Paribas Arbitrage SNC, with plans for potential listing on additional exchanges. The estimated net proceeds from this tranche amount to USD 61,047,232.50, while related listing expenses are approximately €3,000.
