Amundi Physical Metals Announces New Gold ETC Issuance

Amundi Physical Metals plc has issued 504,000 ETC Securities under its Amundi Physical Gold ETC program. This issuance, identified as Tranche 894, is part of the Secured Precious Metal Linked ETC Securities Programme.

The Final Terms are aligned with the Base Prospectus dated 20 May 2019, and its supplement from March 2020. Investors should consult the Base Prospectus for full terms. The Initial Metal Entitlement is set at 0.04 fine troy ounces, slightly decreasing to 0.03961417 as per the Subscription Trade Date.

The securities are set to mature on 23 May 2118, with board approval granted on 25 April 2019. Trading applications have been filed for listing on several exchanges, including the London Stock Exchange and Euronext Paris.

Authorized offerors include prominent financial institutions such as HSBC and BNP Paribas. The Total Expense Ratio currently stands at 0.12% per annum, with nominal amount assessed at USD 5.085.
