Amundi Physical Metals Finalizes Terms for New ETC Securities
Amundi Physical Metals Plc has announced the final terms for the issuance of 222,600 ETC Securities as part of its Amundi Physical Gold ETC program. This tranche, numbered 647, follows the initial series issued in May 2019 under their Secured Precious Metal Linked ETC Securities Programme. The ETC Securities, identified by ISIN code FR0013416716, will offer an entitlement linked to gold prices, providing investors with exposure to this precious metal.
The issuance marks an increase in the aggregate number of ETC Securities to 54,286,559. With a Total Expense Ratio of 0.12% per annum and a nominal amount of USD 5.085, this tranche seeks to capitalize on investor demand for gold while remaining cost-effective. Trading is scheduled on major European markets including Euronext Paris, Euronext Amsterdam, and the London Stock Exchange.
Authorized participants involved include HSBC Bank plc, BNP Paribas Arbitrage SNC, and Merrill Lynch International, among others. The securities are to mature in May 2118, providing a long-term investment horizon.
