Amundi Physical Metals Issues New ETC Securities

Amundi Physical Metals plc has released the final terms for the issuance of 55,000 ETC Securities under its Secured Precious Metal Linked ETC Securities Programme. This issuance, identified as Tranche 891 of the Amundi Physical Gold ETC, follows regulatory prospectus rules and aligns with their latest base prospectus.

The aggregate number of ETC Securities in this series now totals 68,253,037. Initial metal entitlement is set at 0.04 fine troy ounces, while the latest tranche reflects a slightly reduced entitlement of 0.03961482. This adjustment takes into account the overall market conditions and gold pricing influenced by demand.

The series issue date traces back to May 2019, with the maturity date scheduled for May 2118. Notable players like HSBC Bank plc and BNP Paribas Arbitrage SNC appear as authorized offerors, highlighting the involvement of significant financial institutions in the distribution of these securities.
