Amundi Physical Metals Issues New Gold ETC Securities

Amundi Physical Metals PLC has announced the issuance of 70,000 new ETC Securities under its Secured Precious Metal Linked ETC Securities Programme. This marks Tranche 684 of the Amundi Physical Gold ETC series. The initial metal entitlement was 0.04 fine troy ounces as of the series issuance date in 2019. However, it is now 0.03967703 as of the subscription trade date.

The ETC Securities, with a nominal amount of USD 5.085, are set to mature in May 2118. The Total Expense Ratio for these securities stands at 0.12% annually. Applications have been made for the securities to be traded on several major stock exchanges, including Euronext Paris and the London Stock Exchange.

The primary intent behind offering these securities is to allow investors to gain exposure to the price of gold. HSBC Bank plc, BNP Paribas Arbitrage SNC, among others, are authorized participants for this tranche.
