Amundi Physical Metals plc Announces Final Terms for Gold ETC Securities
Amundi Physical Metals plc has issued the final terms for its Amundi Physical Gold ETC, part of its Secured Precious Metal Linked ETC Securities Programme. On 17 April 2026, the company issued 45,000 ETC Securities, constituting Tranche 850. Following this issue, the aggregate number of securities reached 68,760,537. The initial metal entitlement started at 0.04 fine troy ounces, now adjusted to 0.03962955 for the tranche. The nominal amount per security is set at USD 5.085, with a specified interest amount of USD 0.051.
The securities are listed on major exchanges including Euronext Paris, Euronext Amsterdam, Deutsche Börse, Borsa Italiana, and the London Stock Exchange. The total net proceeds are estimated at USD 8,601,417, with a total expense of €3,000 for admission. The investment aims to provide exposure to gold prices. HSBC Bank plc and several other financial institutions act as authorized participants in the issuance.
