Amundi Issues New Gold-Backed ETC Securities
Amundi Physical Metals plc has disclosed the final terms for the issuance of 360,000 Exchange-Traded Commodity (ETC) Securities, constituting Tranche 839 of its Amundi Physical Gold ETC. The issuance is part of its secured program linked to precious metals. These ETCs have been offered at a nominal amount of USD 5.085, accounting for 10% of the issue price per security. The Metal Entitlement for this tranche is 0.03963229 fine troy ounces.
The securities are expected to mature on May 23, 2118, and they are now available for trading on multiple stock exchanges including Euronext Paris, Euronext Amsterdam, and the London Stock Exchange. The total expense ratio associated with these securities stands at 0.12% annually. Authorized participants in this issuance include HSBC Bank plc and Flow Traders B.V., among others. The net proceeds from the issue are estimated to be USD 62,970,876.
